| Diversions were significantly lower this year due to flood conditions early in 2023 where the pumps could not be operated and farm fields near the San Joaquin River were inundated. Flow rate inadvertently exceeded 21.91 cfs briefly on 7/17/2023 for approximately 3 hours (maxed out at 23.4 cfs) because 2 pumps were simultaneously active. This was unintentional operator error, and was quickly corrected, dropping the flow rate down to 13.33 cfs immediately afterward. |
