This is a stormwater detention basin with a small wet pool for riparian vegetation. The wet pool has silted in such that the water volume is very small. The water level is not manually controlled for storage. All water that enters the pond is allowed to exit the pond via a passive storm drain system that continues down the watershed. No water is diverted or used. |

We will be preparing the request for revocation of water rights form. This facility is a stormwater detention basin only, not a water storage reservoir. We have no need for water rights. I would like a Water Board representative to inspect the site and make a determination.
