Additional Remarks
Remarks/Notes to La Grange Powerhouse Power Report of Licensee TID 1. TID has riparian power rights for its La Grange Powerhouse. Since the Notice to Water Right Licensee dated February 2011, requires ¿assigning water to the senior-most right first,¿ exercise of TID¿s rights under those riparian power rights will be reported on its 2010, 2011, and 2012 Supplemental Statements of Water Diversion and Use, which are due July 2013. Requiring TID to exercise its riparian power rights first may also result in water not being diverted in any given year under a license because wet water is not available, the license is a junior right, etc.
